Target audience for convenience seekers

Location was convenient off I-85 and walking distance from restaurants. The fold-out couch was a hit with my 2-year-old, being plenty of room to spread out.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for what we got.

Noise from the interstate was a constant bother during my stay!!! Outdated room furnishings gave the place a dreary vibe!!! The HVAC system struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature at night!!!

Convenient location near I-85 and various restaurants within walking distance enhanced the experience. The shared microwave in the hallway was practical and appreciated, especially with a toddler. Despite clean accommodations, the bed was uncomfortably worn, lacking in freshness, and the linens showed signs of usage. Limited breakfast options also left a lot to be desired.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We hit the golf course nearby and enjoyed visiting a couple of local breweries. The rooms were clean, and the overall vibe was fantastic for our group. Just keep in mind the breakfast can get busy, so it might be worth it to grab it early.

One downside was that the breakfast area was really chaotic. we ended up skipping it after waiting in line for too long.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Courtyard Durham Near Duke University/Downtown. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The lobby was beautifully decorated, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and accessible for seniors.

I stayed in a King Room with Sofa Bed and loved that the room was immaculate and just a quick walk to my event. The pool was a nice way to unwind and I enjoyed relaxing on the sun terrace too. Just a heads up, the front desk was a bit rushed, but it didn't ruin my overall stay. 😊

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were super cute, and the location was perfect for my trip to duke. The room, a king room sofa bed, exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and comfort.

I stayed here for one night and found it to be a great spot to eat at nearby restaurants like the fantastic Italian place right next door while also being just a stone's throw from the lovely Sarah P. Duke Gardens and a short walk to the lively downtown area, making all my city strolls so enjoyable and convenient.

Enjoyable stay overall. Staff friendly and location ideal for Duke visitors. Breakfast options limited and a bit overpriced.
