Room was large and clean. Loved the starbucks in the morning
My husband struggled with the keys.
The beds were not comfortable and noisy radiators. paper thin walls, could hear people talking in the next room
Location easy to access and navigate return from sightseeing
Had purchased 2 breakfasts with the room rate. When ordering breakfast, was told I would be charged for one breakfast. Having already waited In a long line due to only one staff person, I then had to wait for the manager to check on this. Then, tired of waiting for the manager to cal the worker back, I went to the desk to inquire . Was informed we did indeed have two breakfasts. Returned to wait in line AGAIN and place order again with no apology, "glad that worked out, "etc."
Great staff, friendly and professional
Longer hours are needed for food counter
Have a great time here
Nothing did not like itchec
I love it the hotel , I want this to be my hotel main hotel I come too when I visit.
Everything was perfect
The room was nice and clean. The location was good right by a gas station and places to go . The lobby was nice , I loved it .
The elevator took a little long but nothing really unusual.
The room met our needs and seemed clean.
Every time we went to the front desk, we waited at least 10-15 minutes for help from the one staff person who was there to help. The cafe hours also weren't convenient.
The atmosphere was great. The room was quiet and comfortable.
Not enough restaurants in the area.
Beds were great.
No Free Breakfast.
The king size bed had tight clearance against the wall and the angle of view from the bed to the TV was somewhat awkward.
Very nice hotel and convenient to where I needed to go on my trip!
My husband had surgery at the triangle orthopedic in William tell rd and this hotel was close , in a safe place and a direct root to the hospital
First room had odor Second room was better Compared to Courtyard in Greensboro, Durham was Not even close regarding "value".
